It took 5 hours to get my old phone's files copied

Waiting for 5 hours to get my files copied over was painful among other things. Unfortunately I didn't write down my password to connect WIFI at home. So the phone is not totally active so far. The files did get copied from my old phone but it took 2 extra days. So I didn't rate the service highly. Judy Wolverton

Great look and feel for approximately a week

When I first purchased it, it was absolutely flawless. About a week or two in, I noticed the case itself started to show signs of discoloration. At first, I didn’t mind it. But now I’m pretty annoyed with the quality of the case. But don’t get me wrong, I still am using it on my phone because I still love it!
