I previously had an iPhone 8 Plus. It took a few days to get use to not having a button at the bottom. Wasn’t sure I was going to like that. But it’s ok. Change is hard. I really like the new 12.

I was planning on getting a 12 mini, but there were very few in stock. When I called to see if I could order one some other way, the associate informed me of a really good deal through my cell provider that made it possible to get this phone. Great service!!

Would have appreciated 120hz refresh rate and greater than 1080p resolution like my galaxy had.

Easy upgrade process

I find it easier and often better deals than going to ATT. They may the transfer process easy and in/out the door in about 45min. As for the phone, has not disappointed and no issues to date.
