Phone freezes too much. Sometimes blank screen and I have to turn it off and on to get it to work. Lag in calls

Absolute worse experience ever. HORRIBLE. The Best Buy employee ported someone else’s ACTIVE phone number into my account on our new phone instead of our phone number, and 3 weeks later, neither AT&T or Best Buy has corrected the issue. I had to have our correct number also ported, and now I also am paying for an extra line until it can get resolved. The incompetence is amazing.

Battery drains very fast for a new phone...very unhappy with the amount of use you get from a fully charged battery.

iphone is locked and will not unlock...despite numerous calls to at&t it technicians...Itune does not work...keeps say store failed...total crap and limited help from AT7

Phone had issues just six months in. A year later, phone is freezing often despite having plenty of storage and being taken care of.

I ordered at 8/29 but I didn't get a phone. AT&T changed upgrade fee and monthly device fee without a phone.

I loved this phone when I got it in February. Huge upgrade from the Iphone 8 which I traded up from. I've been an iphone customer since the 4 and have never had an issue with durability on previous models. With that said, I don't trade up every year or even every other year. I take great care of them and trade them in when there's a trade-in event, about every 3 years. This was a significant step since I usually go with the previous years model to keep the cost down. With this one, there was a great trade-in deal going on so I went with the latest model, the 12 pro 128g. I loved everything about the phone until I dropped it from about 3 feet while it was in a good Speck case and the back shattered (not a big fall at all). I found it hard to believe that the back was that fragile but either way figured I'd just get it fixed. I visited the genius bar at the local Apple store and they quoted me $599 to replace the back since it was such an integral part of the phone. More than what the phone cost me with the trade so I'll live with it. Lesson learned and in the future I'll get Apple care if I go with another Iphone. I own an Ipad and Macbook so I'd like to stick with Apple but a shattered phone while in a good case at 8 months old is concerning.

Very Bad experience with best buy. I would not recommend best buy any more. They cancelled my iphone online order today The purchase was completed yesterday and they had promised pick up on same day.
