We are big Apple fans. Bought this for my son and he is loving it. The camera is phenomenal. The speed is so much faster than the 8 that he had. Yes, a tad pricey but we've come to expect that with Apple. The definition on the screen is so clear.

Nice upgrade from an iPhone 8 Plus. The design is similar to iPhone 4/5 generations. Do not believe the experience is not much different from previous phone. Only upgraded because of the bill credits made it worthwhile.

We love out new iPhone 12. Nice weight great camera. We like it a lot better than our old 8's. The woman that took care of us was exceptional and should get a big fat raise for the excellent job she did.

My new IPHONE 12 is great! I am still learning about all the features available, but so far it meets or exceeds all my expectations for battery life, clarity of display, and great photos!

Upgraded from my IPhone 8, 256 GB variant. Great choice. Really fast, beautiful screen. On site Best Buy staff was extremely helpful. Transferred data on site within 40 minutes. Very satisfied...

The iPhone twelve is such a good phone. Coming off of a XR and even though that was a great phone, this one is even better. Great camera and everything is so fast and it feels much better in my hand

Best Buy is Great - soooo glad I waited for the iPhone 12 ! The service at Best Buy was much Better than the AT&T store (Best Buy Reps not on commission!) Also bought an Otter Box on sale and got a great price for that. Recommend - especially if you are an AT&T customer - you can finance the same as if you went to the AT&T store but much better experience at Best Buy.

Upgraded from an iPhone 8 and the difference is clear on the speed/processing on going from app to app. Pictures and camera work great. No complaints at all after 4 weeks!

Upgraded a really old iPhone. This one is great. Screen size is excellent, good camera & voice quality is excellent. Can't go wrong with Apple.

Great phone apple has made the right move by going back to the square sides makes the phone feel a lot smaller but still getting the same screen size.

Awesome size and form factor. The screen is great and responsive. You can definitely tell the processor improvement.

Better than I expected. Much better battery and responsiveness compared to my last phone (iPhone 8). Although the missing Home button still irks me, Facetime works relatively well except for dark areas. Would recommend.

Upgraded from the iPhone X and this one gives you better processing time, and an ever so slightly increase in screen size in a phone that nearly the same size. When with the product red to change up the look, but note that the red is almost a slight darker coral than the previous product red in the iPhone 11

Faster than 11, better cameras than 11. I been waiting for iPhone 4 design for 10 years, and it is finally here.

Surprised my daughter with this phone for Christmas. She loves it easy to use and camera is awesome!

It's faster than iPhone 10. Actually connected to 5G Wireless. Is wife's phone. So I don't touch it.
