My sales person made sure that she had the product in the color I wanted then helped me set the phone completely. It is great to shop a a store where sales people truly want to help customers. Phone works perfectly as you would expect.

Great product. Processes data much faster than older IPhones. Product is much heavier though than its predecessor.

Needed a new phone and, with AT&T help, i was able to transfer everything over.

I did not know what would activate the SOS feature. When I bent over to tie a shoe, 911 was called and I was told to call the sheriff dept., which I did. However, my location, by map, was activated another 3 times and our daughters were contacted a total of 4 times.

Overall a smooth transition from my iPhone 7 Plus. I was surprised to see that a USB type c block was needed and not a traditional usb block that people have tons of. To me the advertising implied they didn’t include it since people had many sitting around. I have never seen a USB c block used for anything else. At least it is still a lightning port so my old charger works.

Great phone, even coming from the 11. Not a must upgrade from the 11 but worth considering if you have the XR or older. The only reason I upgraded from the 11 is my charging port had stopped working and I wanted the nicer screen.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6 to this and it’s been dramatic for me to upgrade was very simple and easy and Best Buy and I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer from the Sanford Best Buy location!

Wife loves it. Honestly I don’t see much of a difference in this compared to the 12 Pro but the pro is a great deal if you got the trade in promotion. I’ll take the camera upgrade for a few dollars a month.

This was a nightmare the tech at VA store was useless. He couldn't tell use the wrong barcode was scanned. After going to the Md store and thanks to Jermaine, my son has a phone that is finally working.

Replaced an iPhone 10R with the new iPhone 12 great phone and the camera is a definite improvement. The Best Buy sales person was great and made the process of trading in my old phone very easy

No complaints. Have had no issues other than would recommend having transfer of old phone to new one done in store.

It was time for new phones for my wife and I. The Best Buy agent, Edward, did a superb job of explaining best pricing options and completely switched everything on our old phones to the new ones.
