The phone is smaller and the battery doesn't hold its charge as the previous phone. iPhone 8 plus I never had a screen protector with this new phone I had to purchase a screen protector because it scratches easily.

I have given an average score because I know I am not using all the features because I do not know how to use them. As a senior, written information is good but it would have been very nice to get some hands on information at the store.
