I didn't buy it from BB, rather from Apple directly, but still. I want to share how great it is! This phone is awesome! I switched from an LG V30, which was still working ok but the loudspeaker was busted, and the reception was abysmal. Last time I had an iPhone was the 5, 5 years ago. I wanted to really try an apple watch and was baited into switching to iPhone to do so. And also, iPhone resale value is way better. This phone is really snappy! I was worried about spending 830 dollars for a phone without 120hz, but I don't care. I have a 144hz laptop and it's nice, but not something I'm willing to give up battery for in a phone. The phone has 120hz touch-refresh according to apple, and it feels noticeably better than my LG v30. I also love how seamlessly it sets up with the Watch. The camera is LOADS better than my older phone, especially the portrait mode! It looks almost like my friends DSLR. It's fantastic, and while I thought my camera on the V30 was good, this is just another level. Battery is GREAT. Since the screen is so bright I always have it below 50 percent and after 5hrs of screen on time and being at home on WIFI I have consistently more than 40 percent left in the tank. Stellar. I'm positive that being on 5g all the time will drain it pretty quick which is unfortunate, but I don't live near 5g anyway. It's by far the most I have spent on a phone, but it's easily a five out of five from a life long android user.

It is getting very hot, even after ON for an hour, also emails take longer time to update, YouTube videos stops while running. Screen diameter is 6.1” but seems smaller as height is more than width.

This phone is very fast compared to the XS MAX I traded in. I have 5G service where I live and it's amazingly fast compared to LTE or 4G. The phone feels good in the hand and not like a wet bar of soap like some phones. I like it.

New design is excellent coming from 11. OLED is very nice to have, and he screen is a high resolution. Camera is very good.

Meh….decent phone. The 5G receiver is a bit spotty even when close to an antenna. Much better than the 13 though. I’d recommended getting the larger memory option if possible.

Sold me a phone that was locked. Sims card was also locked. Had to go to att and get a new phone. Have been trying to contact but have had no luck. I will not be paying for this if you want your locked phone. Please contact Mexican
