    Hi, It all went very well I had an outdated I Phone and it was time to get into todays world with a new one. I never usually get the bottom model or the very top one, i'm always somewhere in between. All went well only this time I will trade it in when it still holds some dollar value. I did not like, not getting anything for my older model.

    Pros OLED display and an incredibly fast chip. 5Gis supported whenever 5G is widely available in the US. No home button, not sure if that's standard now, but does take getting used to. Cons In a vacuum, the camera is great; compared to last year’s iPhones, the camera isn’t jaw-droppingly better. No more earbuds in the box. No more power bricks either, although that might be a good thing. USB-C to Lightning cable, which is useless to most people except owners of newer MacBooks. I bought this phone as gift for someone in my family. will probably get another for myself at some point too this year!

    This iPhone is definitely a better choice between this and the pro. The battery life lasts longer and it has everything the pro has except for the extra telephoto camera. Other than that, I don’t see the need to upgrade to the 12 pro. This is a perfect device to last for years to come.

    Coming from an i6, I have really enjoyed the upgrades, long lasting battery. The size is not as big as I thought which is a plus for my smaller purses

    I love the phone, but I was rushed to choose at Best Buy and not shown other colors. Wish I'd bought white or blue instead. Also, I had a rough couple of days getting used to the button-less interface. BestBuy didn't show me how to get around. They had to load a new iOS so I spent over 2 hours waiting in the store.

    So I wanted the 13 but I couldn’t get it and desperately needed to upgrade from my 7, so I settled. Now I’m exceedingly happy. I love the features and hopefully I won’t have to upgrade for a while.
