    Made appointment for I phone purchase,nobody was available at time,front door check in receptionist we met upon arrival came and helped with purchase and activation. Could not transfer data from old phone and gave me directions to android transfer, useless. Went to Verizon for help.

    This iPhone is terrible; it drops calls more than a toddler drops snacks on the floor. BestBuy blames Verizon, Verizon blames Apple, Apple blames republicans.
