5G is not good and It would be better if it was cheaper.

I’m not a fan of this new iPhone 12 thought it’ll be bigger or the same size as my iPhone XR. Also I do not like the way the camera take selfie’s. I should have just kept my XR to be honest. I was told It’ll be the same size and it is not so I’m having a hard time liking this iPhone.

I brought my I-phone 11 which I had just purchased in March of 2020 for repair of the screen and volume problem. I was told that my basic Apple Warranty would not cover the related work because the phone was damaged. The repairs were going to cost over $400 which set things up on the negative side so that I might as well just get a new phone. I needed a working phone quickly, so I did that. I was very disappointed that your company and Apple couldn't have worked to get me a discount on my new phone. After I got through my purchase, I left your store paying well over $800 for the new phone. I have bought a Smart TV and computers from Best Buy, but you could have at least done a little more for me with price of the new phone because of the circumstances.

Don’t like that one cannot turn it on or off in the front

I hate it. 5G sucks! Definitely apple made it low quality. Performs like iphone5. The only good thing about it was the higher pixels camera, but all in all it’s sucks.

It’s ok...... the upgrades and 5G are ok if you have a iPhone 11 just wait till the 13

previously we had purchased I phones with no problems. this time all of our apps were screwed up. some were transferred to my wifes phone and i still can't use my blue tooth.I will not be doing business with best buy.

Love the look of the phone. Navigating is simple. Only negative is that the back of the iPhone is extremely sensitive and even with Outterbox the rear glass of phone still broke.

This review is based on both the Phone and the Manchester, NH Best Buy Store. I purchased this phone and after 3 weeks the phone died. On a call and got that dreaded blinking apple. Tried to restore, hard restart, all the usual tricks. None worked. I brought the phone back to Best Buy. The person in charge at the Cell Phone area informed me that I was passed the 14 day return policy and that they could not help me at all. I asked what my options were and he said I need to go to the Apple Store out in the mall. Frustrated, I left and went to the Apple store. They were very helpful, however, could not offer me service for 4 hours. I sat in my car, watched netflix because I live 45 min from the mall. Finally getting into the Apple store they very quickly replaced the phone for me. I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. The tech support there asked why Best Buy would send me to the Apple Store when they are an approved Apple Repair Facility and could have easily replaced my phone under warranty. Needless to say that is a day in my life I will not get back and will be the last time I purchase an I-phone from the Manchester, NH Best Buy store or anything else for that matter. I have always had good service from Best Buy until this purchase. I am very disappointed that it was more important to the Cell Phone Department that they move me along so they could sell more phones rather than try to help me. Very disappointing. The second phone I got from the Apple Store is working great. Hoping in time I will be able to love it.

Disappointed with Apple for not including the wall charger. Not Best Buys fault however the sales person should have told me.

My daughter loves this phone. The main issue she has is the face recognition feature not always working with her apps!

I'm a bit unhappy with this phone. I have been back once and need to go again as it stops downloading emails suddenly . It also stopped access to weather app all of a sudden. I have to keep changing passwords to get emails. It's too difficult to exit games offered in addition to Wordscapes. Kind of wish I had my old phone.

Got for my gf for Christmas. Sound didnt work right out of the box. Had to restart multiple times.

my two problems was Bluetooth connection and it slow time to time.

I do not have the service I had with my iPhone 8 plus.

Went from an Android to Apple, Yes there is a big learning curve. Android is so much user friendly, I use my calendar to track Drs, social and other appointments by color coding, with Apple you don't have that option and all you get with Apple are dots.

My new iPhone is mush easier to navigate than my android note 5 was . It was only 3g and was very slow responding to my needs—excellent rating .

My notifications have no sound. My texting doesn't notify me, I've gone all over the internet, including Apple, and it seems to be common on The Apple 12.

I am having a lot of trouble with this phone, it doesn’t always connect and other issues. I plan on coming I for some help.
