The phone is just a tad too small for me, yet the full size version is way too big. I want something in between the two sizes. With no home button I am still getting use to how to use all the functions of the phone. I think I would have preferred to have a home button. The issues maybe more related to the apps themself, but I have some apps that will not close properly when running and I no longer have a home button that will exit the app. I have had to resort to holding the button and telling Siri to close the app/return to home screen.

I recently switched from PC to Mac so when I needed a new phone, I knew I wanted to switch to the iPhone as well. I had a Galaxy Note 5 for a long time and was starting to get tired of the giant size, so the iPhone mini was very appealing to me. Thanks to the amazing deal from Best Buy, I was able to buy the mini and upgrade the storage. Now I can always have all my music with me as well. I also love how this phone fits in my pocket!

I transitioned from a slow iPhone 6 and this new phone is amazing. Speedy, great screen, awesome camera, and perfect size. Dry happy with my purchase.

The phone works as advertised. It is easy to use. The screen is very pleasing. Th smaller size fits well in a pocket. The new cameras are a plus.

I love this phone! I have had no problems with it. I’m on my phone a great deal throughout the day so obviously the battery will drain albeit a little faster. The color is amazing, the camera is excellent and it fits comfortably in my hand. I will say that you will definitely want to buy a case immediately after purchasing. I bought an Otter Box clear case for mine and it keeps the phone safe from damage. I scaled down from an 11 Pro Max and increased my data plan 128. Again, buy a case when you buy the phone and this is a solid Apple product.

I’m a reformed android user. This phone is amazing. It’s super fast, easy to use, and fits perfectly for one hand use. So glad I switched.

love the size and quality of this phone. Screen is clear and easy to read, strong battery life, and everything works like a dream.

Good size, excellent graphics and camera. Gets hot with prolonged streaming based on my use of web, email and txting which I consider a little above average, that battery lasts 15-18 hrs. Seems to work quirky with some calls using 5G NW, the reception was at times intermittent. Had better luck using LTE instead. More than likely had to do with spotty 5G NW coverage. Haven’t tried it a 5G UW area. I’ll live with it considering I only had to pay the sales tax with the new account or add a line promotion, which I needed to do.

Love my new iPhone 12 mini. Perfect size for one handed use. The squared off edges look nice. And the blue color looks great too.

Was leery about buying without much customer support due to covid virus but my iPhone 6 was having battery issues. Transferred data myself and everything went as it should. Love the phone with a longer battery life, face recognition. Solid feel and I really prefer the size of the mini as it fits easily in a pocket. I'm not a movie watcher or game player so this phone is ideal for my needs. Really like it.

Love it! It feels about the same in my hand as the 6s I traded in. It’s smooth, light weight and contains dozens of “new” features I have yet to explore. One thing I dislike is the inability to unlock it with a fingerprint (touchscreen). I do not want to unlock it with facial recognition and later find my face on silly, childish social media. The need for AirPods is an unwelcome additional expense. Millions of EarPods will end up in landfills or worse.

Amazing camera, great size for medium to small hands, price hurts at first but then you get over it.

Abigail in the cell phone department was very knowledgeable of the product and the Verizon Plans that we were investigating. She was very helpful in transferring our data from our old phones to the new one. with the iPhone 12 mini and 5g the phone service is better at our home . This phone fits in my pocket more comfortable than the previous 10 that I had . Very pleased with this new size . I'm have some issues pairing devices to this phone which worked on my I phone 10 .

This phone is great. Fits in your shirt pocket. Great camera. Fits in your hand comfortably.

Good size to fit in a shirt pocket. Definitely faster than previous iPhones. Battery lasts longer.

I haven't had this long but so far I am extremely happy with the iPhone. speakers are good sound good, pictures good screen excellent and the size is what I wanted coming from a first gen SE. It has taken a little while to get use to no button but no problems with that or some of the more common complaints I have read about the 12 mini ... I will update if issues arise!

I haven’t liked an iPhone this much since my 5s. Since I’m not glued to my phone all day, the battery life is just fine. Small size allows it to fit in cell phone holder in my car without issue. This is probably as small as a phone should be while still offering a great viewing experience. Best Buy made the buying experience so easy compared to having to wait at a Verizon store.

It has been a great phone especially for the size, love the size it fits perfect in my pocket.

Very nice phone; this is my first iphone. I thought I would have difficulty transitioning from another operating system but it has easier than expected. I like the new keyboard entry where you can swipe across the keyboard. The size of the phone is good too, easier to hold in one hand. The battery life has been good, I haven't had any issues.
