I initially wanted to return it because I didn’t think the phone would be this small - I went from owning an iPhone 7 Plus, to this 12 Mini, so it was a noticeable difference. But I’ve had this phone for over a month now, and I’ve grown to love the size...my hands aren’t as tired from holding and using the phone, and it fits better in my leggings pockets when I go out for a run. So, I’ll live with it.

I really like this phone, the size is perfect and much faster than my 6s.

iPhone 12 mini is perfect size for me. I had an iPhone 7 and this is basically the same size except the actual screen real estate is larger on the mini. If you want a phone that fits comfortable in your pocket, this is worth considering.

The learning curve is very high in the transition from the 6s iPhone, however, once I got on to it I loved face recognition, the size of the 12 mini and the swipe routines. I did have to return for Josh's assistance to download missing apps. He was very gracious and helpful in the purchase and transition process. Thank you, mlr

Love it...I originally got the iPhone 12 Pro but I am used to the smaller iPhone 8 and the 12 Pro proved to big since I text one handed most of the time. Switched to the mini and it's much better. Yea the camera isn't as awesome but its still awesome. It doesn't have as mush storage but I use iCloud anyway.

Fantastic ergonomics (I have size L men’s hands, for reference) as I can use the phone easily 1 handed but can also type with both hands. Overall performance is fantastic, as to be expected. The main downside is the battery, which is perfectly fine for me but may be less than some people prefer.

Great phone! The lady at BestBuy was so helpful and patient. She explained everything about the iPhone 12mini, helped set up my new phone, and said that buying the red phone, which I love, donates to HIV research. I bought one for me and one for my husband. We both love the iPhone!

So far so good. It’s been a week and I’m learning the tricks on the phone. I like the facial recognition and how quickly it opens up. I tried the portrait feature on the camera and took a great photo on the first try. Hopefully this phone will last as long as my iPhone 6S.

I am happy with the size of this phone. I didn't want something bigger because I don't have big hands. However the display on the screen uses the whole phone so going to a smaller phone actually gave me a bigger display. Happy.

Faster than the older iPhone models. Fits in the palm of your hand.

So far so good! This was my son’s first phone…. Lucky kid was going to get an old iPhone 7s but being able to get him a free iPhone 12 was a great deal. Best Buy service was outstanding as usual; had us set up with the phone, case, and screen protector really quick.

This phone takes me back to my most favorite mobile device ever…the iPhone 4. The size is very comfortable for my small hands, but it doesn’t take away from the picture quality or sound in the least. Overall, I am really pleased with everything so far.

Still haven’t discovered all this new phone can do! I had the original SE and have been waiting for Apple to make a small phone again. This is still larger than the original SE, but the photo quality is much improved.

Apple makes very good, reliable products, and they last long, with proof from my last I-Phone 6. It takes a while to get used to all of the functions of this new phone , but eventually you'll get used to it! Technology is very challenging for people my age , but if we want to co-exist with the current trends ,it's obvious we are going to have to learn all the protocols that go with these new products. The same goes for the Smart TV I bought at Best Buy last year, it was a learning curve!!
