I have been waiting for Apple to come out with a small iPhone. My new iPhone 12 mini is just what I have been waiting for. I love the size and the full screen display. Your sales rep, Kyle, transferred all the info over to my new phone. It was seamless.

Recently switched from a Galaxy S20+ and I love this thing! The small size is so refreshing, as is the software optimization. If you are on the fence about switching from a larger Android phone, I can’t recommend the iPhone 12 mini enough!

Great camera, great size, really like this phone. Text message alerts don't always happen so you have to keep checking. Known issue that Apple is supposedly working on. Hope they solve it soon, and once they do, this would be a five star review!

Love the iPhone 12 mini. It is small which works for my active lifestyle. Easier to carry around since I do not carry a purse. Best Buy was helpful transferring data from my old iPhone 7. I know. Time for an upgrade. Right?

Love it! Works perfectly with my other apple products and the apple CarPlay in my car (2017 Ford Escape). I was upgrading from an iPhone 7 that was 4 years old and didn't want the size to be any bigger than that because then it wouldn't fit in my pockets or small cross-body purses. The 12 mini fit the bill perfectly for that. However, things can be a bit hard to read on the mini if you are older or have bad vision requiring more than just single lens glasses/contacts (I am fine with my single lens glasses but both my parents have issues with reading on the mini and will probably be getting the regular 12). Also, Best Buy had a better price than Verizon, and they valued my trade-in at a higher price than Verizon was.

Finally a new iPhone that will fit in my pocket. Have been frustrated by the increased sizes of the iPhones over the years, This phone is significantly more compact

Great phone and perfect size for me. Already having an Apple made the transition to a new model very easy. The tech/ salesperson downloaded all of my previous info So I walked out of the store with a fully working phone.

It’s the first time a phone has truly fit in my hand. The OLED screen is also a sight to behold, especially with HDR content available on streaming platforms.

Great phone! Just a little larger than my previous phone, so still feels compact and fits nicely in my pocket. The camera is why I purchased this model - does well in low light and quality is great.

Don’t want to walk around with a tablet in your pocket? Then get this phone. Wanted a small phone for years and had to settle for the smallest iPhone that was still too big. This phone is a welcomed alternative

Great phone love the smaller size! I can carry it in my shirt or pants pocket . All the features of the bigger verision...,and very easy to carry..

This iPhone replaced my iPhone 7. It is similar in screen size. They screen resolution is much better than the iPhone 7. The camera takes great photos. The portrait mode is a great upgrade.

Reggie was super awesome and easy to work with! Made the process fast & easy which is never the case for me! Lol I have tons of pictures and they usually take a long time to transfer over.

Love it. I really like the size and the feel in the hand. Using it without a case, just a screen protector. I still use a pop socket for convenience and the new sockets stick to the glass great.

I don't like how phones have become massive, so this is great. It's got the same internals as an iphone 12 but smaller. More portable, easier to fit in your pocket, etc.

I am SO happy with my new iPhone. I love the size of the mini. The color is fantastic and the set up from my old iPhone was very seamless and easy! Everything imported quickly.

The Iphone 12 mini is a beautiful upgrade from the previous iPhone SE (old one). Best Buy staff were so helpful and patient with the migration from old to new phones.

Still the best phone with a good form factor and feel good design Was waiting for it literally to get rid of all those huge bricks

Had a lot of issues in the beginning but i think Apple has worked the bugs out. Love the size! Battery life is good. Have not used mag safe charging or accessories yet.

Greatest decision I’ve made was to upgrade to the mini. It’s the perfect size for me. I don’t like bulky phones. This happened to be in the market for me.
