    Best Buy team was very helpful with the ordering of this phone and setup of a new Verizon account. There was some difficulty in getting it activated (employees spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon trying to figure it out). Turned out that Verizon had a 48 hour delay set for the activation for some reason.

    It was not a pleasant experience. There were 3 or 4 sales people standing around talking and laughing and the customers were standing there waiting in vain. I finally got some one to help me and then he gave me a faulty sim card. We spent the weekend trying to get the phone to work to no avail. When I took it back I got a sharp sales woman who actually did help me and I was on my way. I notice that there is a lot of standing around with your sales people and not too much effort to help the customer. I will think twice about returning.
