If I could leave zero starts. Sold as “excellent condition” then when it arrives, the battery health says “needs service, battery life seriously depleted”. I contact the third party seller and they refund $19… what a joke. Cost $80 to replace the battery. Best Buy should really look into who y’all partner with.
