The phone I used to use (iPhone 10) the battery would last maybe 12 hours and had been serviced multiple times. This phone is much more capable of making it through the day on a single charge

If you buy a phone online I would suggest picking it up at the store. I ordered this and decided to get it shipped because I was going to get it a day earlier than I could get it at the store. Unfortunately, it was stolen in transit and I received an empty box. BestBuy was great about the whole situation but it did end up taking about a month to get my replacement phone.

One phone still works well and the other has issues. The battery is not as good as our older iPhones. Screen and back glass crack easily.
