You can get this iPhone in many other store for the same price. But you get the same personal attention as you get from the Best by sales people. The time they took to totally set the phone up. Over the years I must of had over thirty phone from many other companies but the Best Buy sales people has been the best.

Pretty good phone. Camera is a major upgrade. Software issue like all new phones when they come out that is why I’m giving it 4 out of 5.

Excellent phone with improvements from the previous generation. The feel is thinner than the iPhone 11 Pro and the color of blue is nice. The 5G speed is wonderfully fast and my carrier makes pages load instantly on this device. Been loving it since it came out in 2020

Great upgrade from the iPhone 8. I had a tough time getting a new phone in time for Christmas for my brother. Bestbuy managed to deliver much faster than any other option. Phone works great and setup was simple. Only thing I did additionally was put a case on the phone for protection.

I’ve had this case for a while and really like it. It adds texture to the phone without feeling like rubber or plastic. I’ve never had any trouble with it coming off unless I wanted it to.

This is what your family wants from you. Its always amazing to me that Apple products just make the kids and wife so happy. I am an Android guy but what am I to do? Well, I bought them the phones they wanted!

The service at Best Buy is the main reason for the five-star rating. They went way above and beyond in taking care of me. That said as an Apple user for over a decade, the 12 is a decent change from the Xs. The biggest thing I have noticed is the camera quality.

Awesome phone I am super happy with it ... I was on the fence on buying this one or the max, but I’m very happy with my decision of getting the smaller variant only down side is battery life is not as good as the plus for obvious reasons bigger phone bigger battery.

My granddaughter loves her new phone I purchased for her. Early Christmas present. Jeremy at Best Buy helped me from start to finish to transfer all the data off her old phone to her new iPhone 12 Pro. Also set everything up with Verizon as well. He was awesome.

Really enjoying it. Upgrade from the 8+ because I needed more space. Was concerned about not having the fingerprint reader but has very rarely been an issue. Only due to the fact that we all wear (or should be wearing) masks in public now.

I-Phone 12-pro. Decided to make the transfer to a new I-Phone and it is working wonderful. Need to take the time to sink all your apple product together for a better transition. It took me some time to link all of the product together.

Great camera improvement and design. Only issue is the battery life which could’ve be improved.

So far I like the iPhone. This is my first iPhone after having other brands previously. It is pretty user friendly and functions similar to my old phone, that’s why I purchased it. I wish Apple would change the charging port to be functional with every other charging port, but that’s the only annoying thing. The battery life could be longer, but it is still good. Overall I like the phone and I’m happy with my purchase.

This is a great phone and required update for my hubby’s iPhone 7! He’s fetuses to the facial recognition feature and the other big differences from his last one. We both now have the same model for the first time-and love it!
