i phone 12 pro is the fastest and most durable iphone hands down. the glass is almost unbreakable. super quick and can multitask via business to business 5 stars !

Excellent phone features. Camera options are a real improvement to my old phone. Set up was easy and fast with no issues transferring data and apps from old iPhone.

As expected another good product from Apple! I am so glad I upgraded to this model. Bestbuy made it so easy and will definitely keep using them and Apple.

The phone is wonderful. The person that waited on me had a horrible time and made mistakes. It took over 2 hours to finish the transaction.

the pick up service is good. the only thing that I do not like is the wait line is too long. there are always a lot of people at Bestbuy recently.

Solid phone. Elegant corners. Scratch resistant. Although it’s pricey, interest-free carrier financing (vzw for me) makes it much more accessible.

If you have an iPhone older then the X then I would recommend. If you already have iPhone X or 11 then I would not recommend. They still having issues with battery draining . There is not much of an up grade from my X. I would only upgrade once Apple start not servicing your current model.

Great phone. Perfect size since the pro max is just to big. Has all of the same functions and works perfectly. Highly recommend.

Have had this phone since Nov 2020, not even a year old and the back by the camera cracked from the heat. The iPhone is encased in a military grade case complete with screen protection., I took all precautions and the phone is a big pieces of crap now. Apparently Apple knows this is a flaw and they won’t honor repairs without the Apple care plan. So not worth spending $1400 for a phone. Have been a loyal Apple customer for years, but now rethinking where I choose to spend my money. Reception is inadequate when not on 5G. My old 6S gets better reception than this new 5G iPhone.

So far I love it! I have had about 10 different iPhones and Apple does a great job!! I love their phones and really love all the new features!!

Great phone but does not come with a. Charger. love the color and the only unfavorable thing for me is that Smart phones are vety expensive

Purchased this phone first. After 1 week I realized it was to small for my Big Hands...I exchanged it for 12 ProMax.

Everything as promised. My grandson just now accepted delivery of his computer. Everything exceeded expectations.

I’m an Apple person so whenever a new one comes out I want it. The size is great and easy to maneuver. Love it

It's awesome. The problem was me. I am used to the smaller iPhone 8 and so I exchanged it for the 12 Mini.

Love my new phone. The color is beautiful. So glad I was able to get one before they were all gone.
