Taking away the aux was rough, taking away the headphones was low, but taking away the charging brick, now that’s dirty, apple Both Best Buy phone associates that were helping myself and other customers were super professional even though the process of buying a new phone takes forever. Patient and cool guys, would buy a phone from them again.
