I love to have the newest phone technologies, but I'm glad I held out from my XS to the 12. I missed the shape that the 3-11s came in without the curves. You'll be dropping this phone far less than earlier models.

This iPhone is the best one yet. I always like to purchase them through Best Buy since they transition everything over for me and give me a good deal on my trade. The new options are great. The camera is awesome.

Great color choice. Big difference in camera quality in lower light conditions. I think it was a good choice to upgrade from the XS. The visual quality on streaming hi def movies is real good. Overall a good purchase.

I had this iPhone 11 Pro for a few months now and so far it is easy to use and battery can last me a good three days until I need to charge again, working here in a national park this is a life saver for me.

Like the new design or rather going back to back to a previous design with the flat edges used back in iPhone 5. New camera works pretty well in little or no light. Pictures come out pretty good. New display looks good

Not much different than our 11 pro but color is beautiful. No issues as of yet. Easy to navigate and everything works great so far. Camera seems a tad better than the 11pro but not a huge noticeable difference.

Love the new iPhone. Feels so sturdy and solid. Super quick processing speeds, with a gorgeous display. Only complaint is apples downsizing in the battery. The battery life isn’t ideal. But still a great device

I have the iPhone 8 for about three years and decided it was time to upgrade. I love this phone and had no problems adopting without the home screen button. I like the fact that the screen is a little larger also.

Upgraded to the 12 pro from my X. I loved my X but it started to glitch here and there. The 12 pro has been treating me right. Definitely recommended the 12 pro!

It’s a phone. Kicked the S20 to the curb for this. Wasted some good money on the droid not my thing anymore. The hassle is the lack of a charger in the package and earbuds. Yes I could use old blocks and forego fast charging but that’s dumb. And having to buy new headphones was dumb also. But put it to me for spending too much money getting what I want.

This is a good phone, but it is expensive. It comes with a cable, but no AC adapter. The cable changed to USB-C, so an older charging brick will not work. An old cable can still be used in conjunction with a USB to AC adapter. The exclusion of the physical home button is a disadvantage. Accessing the app manager is difficult, and there is no fingerprint sensor.

Upgraded from an X to the new 12 Pro. Honestly don't really see much improvement. It's a little quicker, but I think the biggest changes are in the camera system, that I don't really use much.

Love the new phone! SOOOO expensive, but camera is top notch, its a professional grade camera! Takes getting used to swiping (coming from iphone 8 that had a home button).

Great phone! I had the 11 pro Max and went with the 12 pro thinking the size would be noticeable but it’s not. I really like the size and the color. The pacific blue is a real looker!

Great phone. Ready when 5G finally gets to the area, but needed a new phone. Previous iPhone 8 started having problems with the speaker for listening to phone calls (not the speaker for playing to the room.) Tho' it doesn't affect us at this point, beware that there are problems right after release supporting "Made for iPhone" hearing aids.

WOWZERS.... this phone is FANTASTIC! I am so happy that I went with this one. The sales rep at BB (Crabtree) stated this phone’s camera is just as good as the iPhone 12promax

First upgrade for me since the IPhone X. Love the 12 Pro. Takes amazing pictures and a very solid phone. It is heavier and larger than my IPhone X but overall a great choice.

Beautiful color. I love apple products so this was a no brainer for me. The camera is better then the 8 and I am a fan of the multiple lenses for the best shots.

Awesome iPhone! A welcome camera improvement! Absolutely my favorite part of the phone, the performance, looks and feel of the iPhone in your hand is just icing on the cake!
