After a solid month using the iPhone 12 Pro I can honestly say it’s the best phone I have had yet. The quality of the phone is exceptional. The camera is amazing!

Very happy, as always, with my new iphone. The cameras on 12pro and 11pro take the best point and shoot photos Ive ever seen.

Love the camera but with this upgrade I now have spotty connections and my FaceTime calls freeze a lot. Unfortunately I think this is due to the 5G. I never had any issues with my previous phone (8plus).

So far so good. Like the color and shape of the new phone. A few issues, but it is more about the IOS (OS) than the phone.

I just recently upgraded from the X to the 12. Best decision ever made.

Its a good phone, thought the pro would've been the same size as the old pro so it's a little small for my liking. The features are nice though and I like the camera. I would suggest it, just spend the extra couple bucks and go to the larger size.

New to iPhone have to install a lot of apps to have what I want on the phone which is nice for being able to customize however Samsung apps that were already on the phone like the calendar and calculator etc were better. Had to install another calendar app just to have the format I wanted which in turn takes up more space. I have not had the phone long and it is already prompting me to buy more cloud storage.

Staff that waited on me when I picked up my pre-ordered phone was polite, knowledgeable and fast in setting up my phone and purchasing additional accessories! I am a happy camper!!! Thanks so much Best Buy!!!!

Upgraded from the 7. Still trying to figure out how to change and kick different volume functions. Worse cellular connection than my old phone. Looking into it suggests it’s a software error that hasn’t been addressed yet. Love the phone for everything else but can’t get over its poor performance as a phone.

Like the phone just wish they offered more protective cases

I love it! I was having problems with my iPhone 7Plus so this new one is a welcome upgrade. Grateful Best Buy was able to help me get it set up properly.

My first IPhone. Still working through transferring and converting files to work on the new phone. So far things are great and this phone gets great reception.
