    I have service with Verizon and I’m in a dead zone. I have a network extender but it doesn’t seem to work for 5G. That has been a problem.

    I bought this to replace my 6S I think it was a waste of money the only real difference is Face ID and maybe a better camera. It is bulky and heavier does not fit all the way into my pockets making it easier for someone to steal it. I should have went with the smaller phone. Way too much money for what it is.

    The purchasing and receiving from Best Buy was great. However the phone it’s self is very very poor. Some parts don’t work properly. It lags and a lot of things don’t load. The phone it’s very hard to use when nothing saves and forecloses apps constantly. Wouldn’t recommend buying this Apple iPhone itself. Definitely a different option from Best Buy would be fine.

    I only got this iPhone because my iPhone X’s battery life lasted less than 3 hours. It’s a great phone but there’s not much different that actually matters. It’s expensive and the exclusion of accessories affected my rating. While the phone is good, you’re buying everything so it would be unfair if I gave it 5 stars.
