Same iPhone as the one model before and before that. Apple never actually makes a new phone they simply call it something different. Buy a Samsung and you will actually get an upgrade each year

It is too big for me and I don’t find any special changes tyst made it worth the cost. If I had a hand guide for every change they made and everything the phone can do, then maybe it would be fun and beneficial.

No curbside pickup because I had a trade in. Had to go to the mobile phone department. The couldn’t finish transferring the info from my old iPhone to the new iPhone before they closed so they asked me to leave it there.

Nothing great about this phone ... Just Ok. I didnt see ANY difference between a 8+ and this one . Even the bigger screen was not a great consolation - not sleeker.

We all know the phone is great. However Apple nickel and diming us to death by not including chargers or even usable charging cables any more is absurd.

This phone was a bit too overwhelming for me. It was my first smart phone and I took it back and bought a different brand and model that was simpler and more suited to my needs.

No difference from my iPhone X just a Up-to-date version with 3 cameras.

Apple is not as user friendly as Android in finding applications / settings. For the cost, Apple should include: charger adaptor, air pods, and a protective case.

battery seems to run down faster than the 12pro I also purchased, this is the second one I have had in two weeks, thinking about returning it for a 12pro tomorrow

If your someone who is a busy traveler like me, this is not the phone to buy. I’ve have mine for about 2 weeks and going to get it back so I can switch back to android. If you don’t need to do s verbal things at once the phon is great. If you like to listen to music and such the phone is great but if you need to stream something the phone is weak at best and the volume drops out as well. This is just not a Verizon issue it also is in the competition as well

Bought this for my girlfriend and she loves it. I personally think apple is light years behind samsung and would never purchase for myself.

Not impressed my 11 was much better with service I have Verizon and this one don’t get good service the 11 always had service

Iphone 12 pro max, phone overheats when charging, some of the push buttons don”t work.

The worst iPhone purchase I’ve made ever. And I’ve bought the 4s, 5s, 6 &6s, 6splus, 8 plus, XR, 11 , and the xs max. Never ever had these issues with any of the other apple products. But yet I buy the newest product out and it constantly deactivates itself and says that it can’t activate contact carrier if this continues to happen.

Love this device. Must get this for the everyday communicating.

I switched from android to iphone and switched right back less than a month later. The zoom is blurry, even trying to crop photos after taking a normal picture. Portrait mode sucks and over blurs the background. I use my phone mostly for taking pictures. Skip this iphone.

Had an issue with warranty but overall was a good phone

The iphone is to expensive and having to add a contract is just as expensive. I wish they would just let us pay it in cash instead of having to pay it off in 24 months

To big. I’ll switch to landscape On a lot of apps. Didn’t come proper charger for see type charging cable. Didn’t come with headphones. And that’s the most expensive phone
