I was anticipating a huge learning curve but was pleasantly surprised to find that it is very user friendly. Not having a home key was simple to get over. I am still playing with it which helps me to learn more of what this new phone can do. Finally, I had a terrific BB employee to help me with my purchase. He was so terrific. When I need to make another purchase, I will be looking for him.
