A lot of reviewers are complaining about the size of the phone in your hand. I have a medium size to large hands. The phone at first felt really large and uncomfortable, but after several days of use my hand has gotten use to the size of the phone. The screen is amazing and well worth the upgrade. No regrets with upgrading to this phone.

Definitely a good upgrade from the iPhone XS Max. Currently not a lot of accessories yet. The new cameras are good. but you have to get use to it from the previous iPhone XS. All of the features are part of the iPhone 12 is due to the new IOS 14. Though the form factor and weight seems to be lighter then previous iPhones.

Great phone nice size screen and outstanding camera

Beautiful phone great graphics great cameras but very breakable the back and front are both glass as well as around the cameras which have no protection over them I bought an outer box case which are very expensive and supposed to be very durable and protect the phone but mine broke very quickly at the most within the first month. I suggest a life proof and getting insurance or Apple care because they don’t cover anything besides a broken screen on the front otherwise you’re paying for a “new/refurbished” phone

This phone is pretty tough. Have had it a few months now without a case and it has yet to be damaged. The silver really pops out and I always get compliments on the phone itself. 256 of storage is probably recommended minimum these days..overall a great phone that will last me years I’m sure

My new iPhone 12 max certainly delivers on its promises in the area of being shock proof and picture/video quality. I have accidently dropped the phone twice while I wait for my new case to be delivered and not even a scratch thankgoodness. The video quality and night/low light picture quality is truly amazing.

This is my first iPhone and I love it!! I was a little nervous about switching but had already fallen in love with my iPad so I went for it. Great ease with using and I really like the Apple ecosystem. I don't like paying for ringtones but right now that is the Only negative so I can manage that.

I’m extremely happy with my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. The camera takes excellent pictures. When I’m in an area that has 5G service it’s exceptionally fast. Unfortunately, I usually only have one bar because my cellular carrier is failing me, not my iPhone.
