The biggest unexpected surprise has been battery life. I typically have to recharge my phone at least twice a day. I haven’t recharged the new iPhone 12 yet, and lost days end with 30-50% battery remaining.

The pro max is so awesome I’m in love with it , I’m so glad I went to Best Buy to make this purchase along with a few other great items like my beats solo 3 gym has different since I purchased them!(:

Product is what you expect from Apple. The, at least 5, Best Buy cellular employees that worked to transfer this phone from one carrier to a new carrier tried their best but after approx 12 hours and multiple visits to Best Buy the phone still did not work. No texting, sporadic calls in and out, no social media. So frustrating! When I called the old cellular provider they informed me the phone number was not “ported over” completely and that the new carrier had to do something on their end. They connected me to the new carrier, and after about 1/2 hour it was all fixed and phone worked properly. If Best Buy has done the porting correctly I would not have wasted so many hours of my time..

I am really happy with the purchase of this Apple - iPhone 12 Pro Max 5G 256GB - Graphite (AT&T) cellular phone. Upgraded from an iPhone 7 Plus that served me well for several years.

This phone is nice and great to use. Apple had great Avery strong phone I don’t have to be afraid of easily breaking because of a fall. Really love the picture quality and all the features

Awesome phone. Upgraded from an iPhone 11 Pro, but I’m in love with the bigger screen size. I have yet to notice any faster speeds, but with the deals going on for them, it was hard to pass up.

I have made the jump every year since the XS Max, and the 11 pro max was nice but felt like a minimal jump. The 12 Pro Max, while still early, has so far been a GREAT jump! Love it! Worth it!

Well designed in functionality and appearance. Although big in size still able to carry around in pocket with no problems. As with most Apple products a great investment for the long term.

This phone has an amazing camera quality and speaker/sound quality. Aesthetically it is rather large but still very sleak and nice to look at. Overall 10/10 for me as an apple product.

So I went from and iPhone 8 plus to this 12 pro max and the camera quality is superb, the audio is the loudest . I love this phone and everything about it. One of my greatest investment.

My new iPhone Pro Max is amazing. I stumbled along for years with cheap Android phones. Really like what I have now. Though I miss a few apps, I am sure I will new ones to replace them.

I love it! I upgraded from a 10 XSMax. So it was a little upgrade. Cámara wise it’s a big improvement! My husband bought me the Graphite color, and it’s beautiful!!! No complaints. ♥️

Got an Apple iphone Pro Max for my mom. She loves the phone. Way better upgrade from the 6s+. Only $100 difference between a pro and pro max. So got the upgraded one instead

It’s an Apple iPhone, if you are an apple user who hasn’t upgraded since the X, I think this is worth it. I didn’t own a 11, so no basis of comparison. Camera and Video are amazing!

It’s an iPhone perfect for anyone that doesn’t need nor want to have control of their own device. Great screen amazing color and decent camera quality

Upgraded from iPhone 10xs Max. No noticeable changes to feel and look. The camera was the big change. My current cell plan doesn’t let me take advantage of the 5G just yet.

Excellent phone was a birthday gift from a friend.. it’s big too I love big phones .. the new rules in Best Buy is soooo bad but the phone is totally worth it

Fantastic Camera. Fantastic screen. Fantastic Video. Only drawback: A little precarious to use one-handed. But worth it, given the incredible photos of my fast-moving toddler.
