I so appreciated the two people who helped me so patiently and made the transaction easy, transferring my data from the 10 Pro Max to the 12 Pro Max. I have learned to depend on Best Buy. My only complaint is that they closed the Phillipsburg store and made it more difficult to get to the newest one. I am also grateful for the gentleman in the Geek Tech Squad who helped me with my Boom speaker. He was great! Thank you Best Buy!
