Best Smartphone in the industry. Upgraded from iPhone6 to 12 Max Pro 256GB (blue color) and amazed with new phone performance , easy to migrate all data from old phone and it's super fast (5G speed). Apple can provide the charger and ear phones too along with costly phone (Especially it helps first time Apple's iphone buyers )

So far, I love it. Have just transferred over from android. Rest of my family is on apple and now I see a great advantage. They respond to me much more rapidly. Before transmission was often delayed by hours. Also, my doctor wanted me to have the health monitor programs (ECG etc) which the android does not yet have.

The great thing is the phone was ready for pickup within 15 mins... I ordered another phone for a Christmas present from a different location. Had some much hassle. That store couldn’t bring it out to my car even though I selected curbside. This purchase was amazing. Sales associate brought the phone out to my car.

Overall the phone is beautiful, but lacks in one area that is important. When talking to certain people, they complain about me breaking up. Almost as if I’m at a drive thru speaker. It may or may not be on my end but several people have stated they can’t hear me clearly. I’m currently trying to get support from Apple and Best Buy but have not yet resolved the issue. I will likely wait for the next patch to come out to see if it is a software issue but may also restart my phone to factory conditions to see if that helps .

The iPhone is great. The online ordering experience with beat buy is Rocky though. Although I had no trouble with this order, I placed 6 others, 2 of which were delayed and I had to go elsewhere to get items to avoid missing Christmas. Will go back to ordering electronics elsewhere. Bad experience overall.

I wanted to upgrade to the larger iPhone, as the 6.1” screen is a little too small for me. I like this phone, the only problem I have is that is it a bit awkward to hold, but I still like the phone. I’m glad I opted for the silver one, as the color just pops better than I imagined it would.

This is the best Mother’s Day present ever! Bless you to my children for upgrading your mom from iPhone 6 Plus circa 2014 to 2021 eliteness. This iPhone 12 Pro Max is stylish with a ton of advanced features.

Great Camera On a Phone, Great upgrade option decide to upgrade from iphone 8 and its a great decision.
