Hands down the best hardware, software support and availability of optimized apps around. Build quality is the best that there is. Beware that this phone may not be for everybody due to its size. It is a very big phone. But most people who buy this, buy it for that reason.

I used to be an Android user. I was having so many problems with my last Android phone that I decided to try the iPhone. Since I have gotten my iPhone I have not had any dropped calls or any problems. I will never go back to an Android phone.

It’s a great phone, camera and gadget. My only problem is the audio. I have issue with the audio from day one. Whenever I’m in conversation with another party, the person complains cant understand me at times, sound is muffled when I’m on speakerphone. Apple tech support checked my phone and found nothing wrong which I don’t understand. I still have the same problem today and feels like returning phone back for an exchange ☹️

I love the camera. I still have problems with pulling used apps from the left side to view.

I say another iPhone because they are all I consider. They are great phones for me and my family. I take the upgrade and pass on to next family. I have 6 on my acct currently. I hate saying this but I’ve never had an issue. This is no exception.

Great phone. Camera is amazing. If your used to iOS it’s never disappointing with the new Apple phone

I bought this for the camera and it will not leave you disappointed!!! Getting accustomed to the new ways to use features. So glad I got this phone. Only disappointment is that the 5G videos do not upload to the iCloud from what I have read.

Originally I want the rose gold iphone 12 pro max, but i cannot wait anymore so i thought of buying this color instead. i am so happy and excited because i know other people are still waiting for their orders and i got mine in less than 2 hours. the lady was helpful, though i was not aware that i need to buy a separate usb adaptor and the lady did not told me about it. nevertheless , i am happy that i have my pro max iphone.

I love my iPhone 12 Pro. I don’t usually get a new phone every time Apple releases one but my old one was outdated and working very slow. This new model was exactly what I needed.

Personally I think that James Harden would not be a great fit with Kyrie Irving on the Nets, if they acquire Harden, they should get rid of Kyrie, I feel the addition by subtraction alone would be immense. Oh and the iPhone, great stuff.

Another year another phone, not much has changed but still a good device

I had an iPhone X for 3 years and when the battery started to fail, I finally upgraded. Coming from the X you can easily see the upgrades. Pacific Blue is awesome color and with the case on you can still see the color. So cool.

Awesome phone, super nice photos Call quality is clear lightweight very durable, not easy to break overall not any issues to report but a very good durable cell phone that won’t receive any viruses

Upgrading from the XS Max the biggest improvement is the camera. Everything else seems just as snappy. I don’t play games on my phone, so I haven’t really benefitted from the better GPU. Overall I am happy with the phone.

Once I got used to "the swipe" navigating everything it was alright. I came from an iPhone 7 Plus and so this was definitely an upgrade. That said, I didn't really love the full screen feature. On my old phone I could hold it around the edge without affecting the content, and the full screen feature on the 12 Pro Max prevented that. Overall it's a great phone.

I thought I would hate having an iPhone after being a lifetime android user but their new updates giving you the ability to make more customizations and other fixes have definitely won me over. Great new phone!
