I didn't get my phone since 12/29/2020 anyway the would be good if the accessories comes with it

Galaxy s20 is better but att is very nice to have.

Great phone.. but since the new IOS updates, I hear there are multiple problems it comes with. My cellular network settings are now labeled as “error” and I have no clue what to do about it.. geek squad is never any help because there’s never one in stock to get these

Nice way to find out how to take more from us the consumer. NO INCLUDED POWER ADAPTER OR HEADSET. This phone was priced above one thousand dollars. You might say, maybe there is an extra one laying around, or one from your last phone could be used? Well not everyone one changes phones every time a new one is released. I do not have a USB type c power adapter available, or wireless headphones. Really Apple? A thousand dollar plus device doesn't include the basic equipment that every single phone before it had? A very poor decision to not include these items. It just feels bad that in order to charge my phone I have an extra purchase.

Device gets really warm while charging very concerning.

I received a defected phone. I’ve had the phone less than a month, it is over heating & the motion sensor doesn’t work, the Bluetooth connection drops in & out all the time. This is the worst phone I receive from Apple. It’s crazy they won’t allow you to return the phone after 14 days. This has to be illegal; I need to reach out to a lawyer. These are way too many defects. April 3rd was my last day to return the phone for a full refund; today is April 4th & I purchased the phone in March 21st. Apple & Best Buy suck. Pass on this phone there is better out there & Buy from other stores.

The phone is great but Best Buy where I purchased this phone in north Fort Worth off 35 and Heritage Trace is by far the worse place to buy this phone. This is the last time I purchase anything at Best Buy. The management and staff are complete garbage and don’t know what they are doing. They activated my phone to a random number and it took me a lot of running around to get it fixed. The long curly hair girl at the cell phone department is rude and doesn’t know what she is doing. Stay away from this store unless you prefer the hassle.

phone was messed up before I left the store ive asked so many people from BB and Apple being its out of warranty Im still paying for this iPhone everytiime iy=ta plugged in cord it deletes shapes entire phone out, been dealing with this over 9mths now NOT A SOUL WILL DO ANYTHING AT ALL I CANT EVEN GET A CALL BK, WAS WALKED OUT OF BB FROM THE MANAGERITS BEEN A disaster

I really dislike this phone. My 10 Pro Max worked way better in every way. I really wish I didn't "upgrade" to this phone.

I bought this phone, and now I'm having trouble switching services because it's not unlocked. I've been dealing with this for three days.

The phone is great but DONT go to Best Buy to upgrade your phones. I upgraded all 4 iPhones for my family. I had to upgrade to the unlimited internet plans on ATT. Instead of upgrading my family plan they put me on 4 separate lines. Costing me hundreds of dollars more and a major headache dealing with AT&T to get this fixed.

iPhone 12 only receives some SMS test messages. Bought 4 new iPhone 12 thru Best Buy, with service thru ATT. 3 of the phones worked fine. The 4th iPhone only receives some SMS text messages I have spent probably 30-40 hours between calls and in person visits between Best Buy, ATT, and Apple. Each company says its not them and they can't resolve it.

Too bulky and can’t be used in one hand Had to to return it and got the 12 pro instead

I did not purchase this phone. Some one went to your store and purchased 2 iphone 12. Used my name and ATT account. Your store employee never checked the persons I.D. I had to give a star rating, that's the only reason star is marked.

THIS IS A REVIEW ON Best Buy Pickup mobile!! Dont ever use it!! I spent over two hours in the store and went home and the phones weren't even activated!! Now I have to miss a day of work because of the poor service from the in store pick up!!

Phone is dope. But worst experience buying a phone so far Best Buy called/emailed me telling me my phone arrived and to come pick it up different times and the phone wasn’t there any of the times. Super fun making trips back and forth

Item has been sitting at Usps for the since the 25th and all I can hear is they will create a case. Contacted Usps they said they are not able to find it

Batter life is not good . I do need to charge every night The signal are dropping on highway. Even my gps gets disconnected on highways. I had XR which far better than 12 pro max
