Was contacted the day before to set an appointment for pickup. It was ready upon arrival. The phone itself is simply huge. It is not a one handed phone that some are accustomed to. I switched from the iPhone X to the pro max and it was seamless. I did an iCloud restore before activating the phone. It was completed rather quickly. The cameras are simply amazing!! The quality has been stepped up a bit.

While I went with the Max this time for the better camera I should have stuck with the normal iPhone 12 Pro. I can't believe this was released as a consumer product as the phone is not very balanced. The weight distribution favors the top part of the phone. I have dropped this phone more in the couple of months I had than I have the 8 I had for 4 years. Other than that some apps that ran smooth on my 8 run choppily on the Max 12 pro which I find odd. Otherwise all the other functions work as expected.

It’s super fast as always and love all the new options the phone came with. It would have been nice if Apple would put a charger box with this new lightning cable that requires you to buy a new charger box. Other than that the phone works great.
