This is a great phone. It has amazing features and is easy to use. Picture quality is fantastic! The only problem is that I wish the headphone plug was still there.

I really like this phone and I am surprised that I like the new square sides. The blue color looks great and I love the fact that not only can it do 5g, but it can also record in Dolby Vision. This makes for a great upgrade from the 11 pro max. However, with that said, there is an odd yellowish tint plaguing these 12's, across all models. It's similar to changing your TV from neutral to Warm1 or even Warm2. Some also complain of a green tint when on low brightness and also lower than normal max brightness(I don't see either but my daughter's gold version has the lower max brightness). Some may like the yellowish tint but others, like myself don't, as I was used to how my 11 pro max looked and comparing side by side, the yellow tint is very noticeable. Luckily, Since mine wasn't that bad(compared to others) I was lucky enough to be able to rectify the tint issue by using the hue adjustment in the color filters. My screen looks good now. Apple is aware of this issue and is looking into it. So while this is a great phone, it isn't perfect.

I waited for 5G so I upgraded from a 6S. So it was quite a difference for me. The battery life is excellent. It is much faster. The touch is just okay. The facial recognition is just okay (it works about 66% of the time) and you don't have finger id as backup so you need to remember your password or number code to get in. The cord is a disgrace - maybe 2 feet long and no plug. If they want to be cheap, make and option to buy a proper cord at a proper price. All said, I am pretty happy with the phone understanding that Apple is obscenely overpriced but is the "windows os" of phones.

Had it almost a year now. This was an upgrade from a 10s Max (I believe). First - the phone side of it works exactly as it should without issues. It is quicker than the previous phone, and has excellent battery life. Rarely does it go below about 50-60% battery after an average day. We don't have any 5G around here so I cannot speak to that, although when I have been where there was 5G, it worked as expected. Second - and the reason I bought it... The camera! Unbelievable! Computational photography at it's finest. (I haven't put it head to head with a 13, but I wouldn't hesitate to pick up a 12 if you want to save a few bucks.) Stills or video, the three cameras in the main system are wonderful. I am in love with the wide angle lens. If you buy a phone for the camera, this is it. All phones can "phone", buy this one for the camera. Low light - high contrast - inside or outside, the camera rocks. I am always shooting in my program in college to use for marketing. It is perfect (or at least for my uses). As a long time DSLR shooter (and 35mm before that), this is the first phone camera I would seriously consider using as a vacation camera instead of my Nikon D7200 and bag o' lenses. Not to say the Nikon is useless now, it still does some things much better and has a lot of control that is not easy to access on the phone. But, as an old photog once said in answer to the question "what is the best camera? The one you have with you." Well, the Nikon is nice but it doesn't really fit in my pocket.

So far VERY happy with this phone. Move from android to iOS was smooth (even though it took a couple of hours) with the 'Move' app for the transfer. Battery life has been great, but then I am not a heavy user. Charging was fairly speedy, only took a couple of hours for full charge from 10%. Camera is a great upgrade from my old Note 4. Only con is the steep price but I wanted very much to switch from android to iOS. Lack of the home button was not an issue. I tend to keep my phones for a long time and this one should keep up with new versions of iOS for many years. Overall very glad I switched.

This was my second IPhone, I had the X which I loved, it was the first phone I ever kept for 2 years. I got this one for the camera and 5G and it doesn't disappoint. It's fast, seamless and the pictures are great. I also liked how Apple makes it easy to transfer data from one phone to another, when it was done it was setup just like my old phone, playlists and all.

Its an awesome phone the screen is amazing super fast the size of screen . Easy to handle

I was a Android user for years but got tired of buying a new phone every two years due to they going out of date. This phone is fast, and never skips a beat. Screen is amazing and the video in 4K pushes it over the top for quality. Best phone I have ever had. To mention I get 2 full days out of one charge, my Androids would barely get 24 hrs ever.

Huge upgrade from my previous iPhone. I love how large the screen is, and the cameras too! Battery life is amazing on this phone, I can go through an entire day and still have about 50-60% when I am ready to sleep. I picked up the Graphite color to match the rest of my apple accessories. I also got the promotion through Verizon for trading in my older iPhone.

This is definitely my favorite iPhone to date. I was never a fan of the rounded edges. The redesign of the flat edges like the iPhone 4 & 5 generations is fantastic. It feels great in the hand. The iPhone 12 pro max is actually a good deal this year given only the $100 increase and what is upgraded. The 12 pro max is very quick and responsive and the is excellent quality and bright. My only small issue this year is apple’s decision to not include a wall brick. To say everyone has one already is true but it’s usb-a. Apple’s included cable is usb-c to lightning so it won’t work with all other bricks. So if you use the new cable you will have to go buy a new wall brick with the usb-c plug.

I love the phone. The camera is amazing, battery life is also very good. I usually only have to charge once every other day. Once a day with what I consider heavy use. I think the size is completely manageable coming from other big phones. It was around the same size as my note 10+ I switched from. I would definitely recommend.

We are so happy with our new phones. We had iPhone 6s and what a difference. The speed, the pictures, the battery life. I charged it 4 days ago and I still have 45 percent. I use my phone all day long. WOW. Sorry, but I feel the price is a little high but the phone is amazing. Differently happy with purchase

Great like all apple products, have 2 of them, good battery life, great camera and never have a problem with either of them Big upgrade on speed and the camera from my iPhone 8 Plus But this is a big phone, people with small hands may have trouble typing one handed..

Great phone with a few quirks built like a tank loving this blue color pictures are a lot better battery life is pretty decent 5g is pretty fast if it’s in your area it’s not all over yet but I travel so I get it in some spots my mms messages are not all coming through I guess it’s an 14.2 update issue

Coming from a 6S plus, I’m in heaven! A better camera and battery...Merry Christmas to me! I’m so glad I waited, totally worth it! Upgraded to the 256G so I don’t have to worry about anything, and I saved $40 on my bill from Verizon. Loved it so much, I got my mom to upgrade her 4S. #winning

This camera’s portrait mode is hands down top notch! I love it! All the functions are very fast, not glitchy at all. I stream all day while I’m driving and I have yet to kill this battery. Apple can’t seem to go wrong.

This phone is great. Super fast, great camera, and watching movies, which I never use to do on my phone, looks amazing. Never having owned a big phone it takes some getting use to. I advise to get a pop socket because it can be pretty easy to drop due to it's size.

Solid build. Premium quality. Fantastic camera. Long battery life. Big screen. A strong upgrade over my iPhone XS Max. Plus, Best Buy gave me $450 trade in, so this is was a good deal. It is a bit bigger in the hand than the XS Max, so be prepared for that.

Coming from iPhone XS Max, the new cameras are great, love the bigger screen, and improved speed of the A14 processor. Honestly have no complaints and love the blue color, really makes the phone stand out from previous years.
