New to the iPhone world. Taking a while to use to the features. The more I use it the more I like it.

Great phone overall And the quality is gorgeous I love love love it and the delivery was fast

Wish the screens wouldn’t break so easily. Phone is still kind of heavy.

I wish the camera lenses were more protected without having to purchase something. Design flaw, I think.

So my new phone has worked excellent, it has performed better than my old android. I hope it continues

Still having issues with this phone Had to call Apple today 12/18 because all my calls were going to voicemail, phone never rang. Been an Apple customer for a long time and this is the most dissapointing phone I've ever owned. Had to get it replaced twice and it's still not good.

The sales associate was very knowledgeale with the product and met my expecations

A little bit of explanation of missing a new buttons would’ve been nice

I brought as a gift and they loved it! They got what they wanted.

The phone is a standard Apple product. Nice but nothing exciting.

The phone is good. First time I phone user. Going well so far.

I am giving a review of two stars because the phone itself is a good product. However the two stars is for connectivity. For some reason, and there are multiple complaints of the same nature on the internet, the phone will not consistently switch between coverage areas or cell towers. This has happened wit a case and with out. When the phone tries to switch between cell towers it fails to connect to the new tower and reverts back to the service set up mode. My carrier is Verizon (don’t get me started about that company. let’s just say crap is their rating). Verizon claims nonissue on their end. I have done everything to include a complete factory reset to try to fix this. Apple stopped trying to help fox the issue. They won’t offer a new device either.

goo d phone...but again..the learning curve...aargh
