Great upgrade from iPhone 8 Plus. Better screen and battery. The phone is only slightly heavier than the 8 Plus, but is only noticeable when you have one in each hand.

Love the iPhone 12 Pro Max. It is incredibly fast and photo capability takes camera phones to an entirely new level. Upgraded from iPhone X Max and am not disappointed.

Quite simply the best iPhone Apple has introduced yet. Everything is faster and the size is perfect. I should have known Apple would knock it out of the park. AGAIN!

Apple has done it again. Another gorgeous, flawless product. A must have. Every other phone feels and operates like garbage compared to the iPhone. Two times, I jumped shipped and purchased another brands phone, watch, laptop, cases and blah blah blah. Apple just owns it; the quality, craftsmenship, software, memberships and ease or use. ICloud across all devices flawlessly. Apple Watch is worth a million bucks. If your an Apple hater you're foolish. When it comes down to the best phone and operating system....Apple takes the crown. Everything else is just so disappointing

Works great so far. Not too many updates or upgrades other than 5G. Was hoping to have a folding upgrade soon. Photos and videos look great also.

Great phone with amazing battery life, great screen and crazy good camera. Reminds me of my old iPhone 5s with the shape which I love. Overall would buy again.

The New Iphone 12 Pro Plus was the perfect upgrade from my Apple XS Max trade in. Best Buy beats Verizon trade in prices and they take the trade in dollars off the purchase price, unlike Verizon that gives you 24 month of credits. The new phone has a great camera and video and the best screen on the Market now that it is OLED panel. Also, the speakers are incredible and very loud when needed....big upgrade there also. I purchased 4 new Iphone 12 as upgrades for family and everyone is happy with phone. Best buy is best place to do your purchase in upgrade.
