Great phone! Great camera easy to hold! Love the red color

My wife upgraded to this phone because her iPhone 8 battery life was horrible and she’s had it replaced twice since having the phone. The battery lasts her all day now unless it gets heavy usage for work and then it’ll last her most of the day.

This phone is spectacular. Especially the battery, and it was my main selling point. My battery lasts almost two days. And it lasts a whole day with excessive, intensive use. Truly recommended.

I love the iPhone 13. I have had it for almost a year now (I wanted to wait and see how it did after a considerable amount of time so I could leave a truly accurate review) and I am still happy with it. It hasn’t ever glitched on me and I have not had any really big issues with it.

Great upgrade from my last phone. Great camera and battery life.

Up graded from an Android Phone because I did not like any Android phone. Since my wife and daughter love their IPhones I decided to make the change. I was extremely disappointed take the Best Buy Sales agent did not transfer my data and do the initial setup of the phone. He gave me a line that the Wi-Fi in ths store was too slow. I don't understand why Best Buy had no problem transferring my wife and daughters' data and set the phones up for them when I bought them a few months ago. Anyway, I spent the better part of a week trying to figure it all out. It never fails, when it comes to tech stuff, there is always something that will go wrong no matter how easy they make it sound. I'm still trying to work the bugs out. So, it wasn't the best of starts with the Apple iPhone experience. The upside is one tends to learn more and appreciate things more when you do them yourself. So far I like the feel of the phone, and am finding there seems to be more Apps for the iPhone than the Android. The battery life last me about 2 days before I need to charge it. I am however disappointed in the Power Adapter Best Buy sold me - it doesn't charge real fast - especially considering I told the sales associate I wanted the fast charger adapter. The other day my power was down to 17% and I needed to be heading out for an appointment. It took over an hour to get to 56%. Not what I expected when my old Motorola phone could charge from 10% to 50% in less than 15 minutes.

I replaced an older iPhone. I'm learning the many new features that are great. I've always known my iPhones were more user friendly than other popular cell phones, As I age I'm more and more grateful for "user friendly!"
