Very fast and beautiful phone. Color and storage are exceptional.

I upgraded from the iPhone 11. Most noticeable is the now standard 128gb storage, slightly shorter and thinner body and better, smoother display (compared to the 11). Camera and battery improvements make it a worthy upgrade. Also, Best Buy made trade-in process quite easy.

This phone is one of the best phones apple provides, long battery life with great camera and nice hi quality pictures lots of improvements with the iOS 13. When you try the iPhone you will never switch. Thank you Apple and thank you Best Buy for the best trade in deals you offered me and your easy convenient process.

I love my new Apple 13 phone and wish I had upgraded sooner! The camera is far better than my previous Apple 7 and it didn’t take any time at all to get used to swiping up rather than using a home button. It’s also not much bigger than my previous phone so it fits well into my purse and fanny pack.

Definitely a major upgrade over the 12 in the following area. Brighter max screen brightness. Clearer/fuller speaker. Tangibly better battery life. Double the base storage. I wish the display can be 90-120hz refresh rate. Maybe in upcoming models in 3-5 years.

I’ve been long overdue for a new phone (my last one was the iPhone 8). The iPhone 13 has been amazing and everything has been working perfect! Battery life is outstanding and camera quality is awesome! Also shoutout to BestBuy for getting my order done a week ahead of schedule! Great customer service

Great upgrade from an XS. I wish the in store trade in experience was as good as the phone. Sadly it was pretty awful. No one was working the cell area and it took two plus hours to get out of there with the new phone and then it wasn’t setup correctly and would not make calls - so I had to go back. Frustrating!

Great phone as an upgrade to iPhone 8. Love the picture quality and it offers good value for the price. Would recommend upgrading to the pro for the extra money since it offers better camera features. Battery life is fantastic and the phone runs everything quickly.

Great buy so happy that I went with best buy my son was so excited for his new phone. I usually go to T-Mobile but for now on I’m going to go to best buy they were fast and convenient.l and I didn’t even have to leave my car, curbside is the way to go.

This iPhone is great. It’s fast, has an incredible camera, and lots of great apps to use. I’m an Apple product fan. Put it in a good case and get a quality screen protector to keep it really safe from drops. The battery life is really improved too.

Great OLED screen, battery life and camera. With the addition of widgets, allowing me to change my default browser to Chrome, and most Google apps being available, I don’t really miss my android too much. Not much to complain about.

it was cute and definitely was the the first iphone in years that made me HAVE to switch back to apple. the iphone 13 really took away from any android impressing me with its softwares ease of use and its attractive fit it all design. this model brought best battery life and camera ever on iphone I loved it so much that I had to take it back and get the bigger screen. The standard is just to small for me! Go max or go home!
