Purchased in the last moment when I needed it. Went with the midnight blue. Loved the iPhone

Love this phone! It takes great pictures and all of it’s functions keep me on top of everything I need to do during my day! The battery life like most phones could be better though.

iPhone works great. The service at bestbuy was amazing. They helped me set up my phone and transfer everything over and I did not feel like a burden or like I was being rushed. The phone is exactly what I expected.

Ive used it for 2 years now. Ive had no issues and has gotten the job done just right.

I’m a new IPhone user and I’ll never go back! Not that the others were bad but I have just learn to live my IPhone. It’s like carrying around your own personal assistant! I’ll never go back to another. Thnx for the introduction

Had a 7 Plus go dark -- literally, scrambled for a repair solution...no current back up in icloud... and no recollection of apple ID password...3 different repair shops stated not repairable--- found a 4th who was able to revive--viewed as divine intervention. First made a backup and went to the local Best Buy--- to "finally" update my phone-- they had one in stock unlike other Att store or etc.. The iphone 13 is lot smaller and more comfortable then the 7Plus to carry, and the screen size was nearly identical. Got used to no home button within 2 days... faceID--- now dont even notice it. If I could change anything, I would opt for at least 256gb, I am not a heavy user but 7Plus only used 75gb/ 128 this already uses 85gb/128---- saw the difference with increase in more robust updated apps--- but they had no 256 or pro in stock so 13 for me Iphone 13 much improved over 7Plus--- would recommend for those considering from 6+ --and up

My wife loves her new iPhone 13. Glad we waited to get the 13. We're still learning all the features. GREAT battery life and GREAT camera. Also, the pink phone and matching partially transparent case look very pretty.

I’m pleased with the improvements of this phone over prior iPhone 10. It’s faster, connects to 5G better, and is easier to handle. I’ve used the camera zoom and gotten compliments on the photos. Best Buy support and pricing were awesome,

I had this phone two years ago and it's good enough

I bought this phone for my husband for his birthday. He had an old iPhone 8 that was completely wrecked from years of owning it. This new phone is great, battery lasts so long and camera is really nice!

I love my new phone, I upgraded my 6S. I wanted a light pink and finally I got one. Easy to use and beautiful color pink. I am very happy with my new phone.

I waited a while before upgrading from my iPhone X and I am quite happy with the 13. It’s fast, more intuitive, and the camera is amazing.
