amazing phone I recommend Best buy to everyone and anyone

Ive used it for 2 years now. Ive had no issues and has gotten the job done just right.

I generally like the phone. My prior phone, iPhone 7Plus, had significantly less storage. I do prefer the Fingerprint and Home Button as compared to Face ID. I seem to be having to enter my passcode almost consistently instead of Face ID recognizing me. I wish it had come with instructions. I am having to figure out how some of the features work. I still haven't figured out how to get the page that has locking, volume, brightness, flashlight, focus, square with airplane mode, wi-fi, bluetooth, and internet, and other features to consistently pop up. Also, I have become frustrated when trying to edit a text. The cursor will not go where I tap so sometimes I have to tap several words away from where I want to edit or a different line in order to add or delete a letter, word, or punctuation. I'm also still trying to figure out how to use the Passwords on the phone. It was very easy for me using the Home button and fingerprint on the other phone when logging into an app.

Does what it's supposed to do. Same old phone daughter enjoys it.

Had to buy urgently, always had an iPhone. East set up

I have only begun to understand all its new features but everything seems promising. Perhaps a new feature could be added as a temporary app to show what is different from your current phone, assuming its an Apple. It does seem faster

I have had Apple phones since they came out. They are excellent quality and the 13 is also. I will say that I have NOT experienced the "vastly greater" bandwidth yet. In fact it loads about as my previous XR. BUT IOS 15 is excellent...

My old phone was an i6. Probably due to its age, Apple discontinued software updates to it some time ago. Due to the older software version, I was unable to get a lot of the newer apps on my phone. So I was forced in a sense to upgrade in order to get the functionality of the newer technology. Since I needed a new phone, and I don't plan to upgrade anytime soon, I purchased the latest edition, the i13. (FYI, the i6 is worth $0 in credit toward an upgrade.) I've had it now almost a month, a ton of new features to discover and learn. Given my brief experience, and the fact I received no credit for my old phone, giving it a 'good' rating at this time.

The phone is ok. Had to replace my iPhone 7 because the battery would go dead every day even though I had the Apple store install a new battery. Not happy because my iTunes play lists no longer update to all my Apple devices. Bought last 2 phones from Best Buy because I bought an iPhone for wife from the Apple store and their service and set up was sub par and rushed even though I had an appointment. This phone does not always come on when opening case and no button to push?

Like the full screen. Easy to use. Wasn’t sure about not having a home button but like the new functionality

Works well nice camera upgrade from the 11 . Wish it were a little lighter but with it

Upgrading from Samsung S9, data transfer was a breeze and battery life is good… so far so good

Bought to upgrade my Wifes XR.This one is better in everyway and she loves it.I bought several different cases off of Amazon before we bought it=saved lots of money.You do put a Case and Screen Protector on right?Best Buy staff helped do the transition and put our Screen Protector and case on!

My apple 11 broke while under warranty if they had one in stock it would have been an even trade out but they did not I did not want to be without a phone so I had to buy a new one not very nice for a warranty

Faster than my old phone but you would expect that. I like the size, it fits into my front pocket, I don't have to worry about sitting on it if it was in my back pocket. Otherwise, I am still learning about all its features.

The phone operates as advertised. The purchase experience was very pleasant. The Best Buy employee was knowledgeable and courteous. I am disappointed that the phone only came with a cable, but no charger.
