It took me a very long time to decide that I needed to get a new iPhone, but I was definitely happy that I did! The iPhone 13 is a gorgeous phone, not only in the nearly bezel-less screen display and the smooth glossy outside, but also with the new updated interface! My package arrived promptly (like 2 or 3 days after I ordered it) and Best Buy made the process of transferring from one phone to another super easy! I would not be the best person to compare the iPhone 13 to the other newer models (like the iPhone 13 Pro/Pro Max or any other the iPhone 12’s) as the version I upgraded from was the 6S. However, I can definitely say that it is so much better in so many ways, and it runs a lot more smoothly than my old phone. The old features that I thought I would miss (like the button at the bottom of the screen and the headphone jack) are kind of unnecessary now and I ended up realizing that I preferred my phone to not have them anymore!

This was purchased for my mother since her phone was older and she wanted something new. It’s a good phone. No issues.
