Great Phone - Not Good Service Anymore

Appreciated the cheaper price when he didn't need a new 15. Just be aware Best Buy changed their policies and will charge you to copy the information/apps/etc. from your old phone. Bad business decision by Best Buy! If I could rate this lack of service I would rate it a 1 -- should do that for you for spending several hundred dollars on a new phone!
