Excellent quality iphone....easy to set up, love the small size and camera. Huge upgrade for me.

So far so good. A huge upgrade over my 6s. Ease of use is what I noticed right away. I need to mention that the staff at the Best Buy in Dayton, Ohio was extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend both the phone and the BB employees.

I love the size of this phone. It's my first Iphone and the transition has been very easy. I like the feel of it in my hand and the feel of the keyboard when texting. It works much better than my previous Android. Battery life is good too.

It is an iterative upgrade. Not much new from the 11 or 12. Just faster processing and a better camera, but it’s hard for me to tell the real difference.

FIRE! I had the 11. Way to big! I have the new I pad mini for surfing the web at home on a bigger screen. If your on the go and active big and bulky sucks for a phone! Sleek, size and speed on this is just perfect. Also the brown leather case and Belkin screen protector from Apple store beautiful set up. If your not someone who carries a purse if feel like the mini is a must.

I put off getting a smart phone for quite some time. Being an Apple user, I went for this Mini and and totally satisfied. I like the size, just a little bit bigger than my flip phone, easy to use. Lots of online support, instructions too. Best Buy staff was super helpful, especially when I had an issue with my phone carrier.

I just purchased and activated this phone yesterday, so far so good, it's very slim, just perfect for my pocket, I was just disappointed that after a week of purchased the price went down $100 and i cannot get a price match for it . I am still in the process of negotiations if i can have a price adjustment or issue gift card.
