“Excellent” refurbished means nothing. The screen was very badly scratched, practically sanded in the corners. Battery health was also at 75%, noticeably slow compared to the one I have now that I got refurbished from amazon.

This phone was horrific! The camera was broken when it arrived. And, with this model Best Buy told us that it is impossible to fix just that camera, we would have to get a new phone if you want a back camera. Just 4 months later, while we were traveling, the screen started separating from the screen phone. However, the phone had not been dropped, gotten wet, or damaged by us in any way. When we took it to get fixed, we were told the battery had swollen and a new battery and screen was needed. I have never written a review like this for anything in my life, but I would hate for anyone else to experience the frustration of dealing with this phone.

I like the phone, it works but I get a message stating battery is not genuine, means the seller changed the battery which was not mentioned in the description. Otheriwse its all good. This i was not expecting from best buy website purchase.

Nice phone, great condition but Battery only at 73% after full charge. Reconditioned thought new battery Would be in it.

Never worked right. I could not transfer apps from previous phone. Had to return this phone for a credit.

Stay away, while the phone was cosmetically in great shape, the battery health life was at 77% and ran down very quickly after only a few hours of use. This is pretty sad considering there was a message that came up right away from Apple saying the battery should be replaced. I bought a refurbished phone, that means if the battery tests below 80% it should be replaced. I had to go spend $90 to have apple put a new battery in it right away.

I did purchase a used phone and now it no longer charges. According to the message on the phone it says the battery is not an Apple product.

Good time on shipping and phone works good. I would shop again

Phone looks like new. It comes with USB wire and the key. Original box was missing. Condition of this phone is excellent. Definitely I will recommend this seller.
