iPhone 13 pro is a delightfull new version of the IPhone. It’s ease of transfer of previous data and ease of use are outstanding. The improved camera does not disappoint. Battery life and display also rise above expectations. The weight and size of the phone are uncomfortable but this is a minor inconvenience.

Amazing service and great product! We walked into the store wanting more information regarding holiday deals with the newest Apple iPhone 13 and came out with the phone we were looking for! Team members at the customer service desk gave us sufficient information and helped us get what we were looking for. They had the phone color we wanted in stock and it is working well. Great camera quality, battery life, and appearance. Overall great experience and the product is in great condition.

The last time I used an iPhone is the iPhone 6. I have been using Google Pixels since. Decided to try the iPhone again after my last two Pixels (4xl and 5) were disappointing. I have to say, the iPhone has tremendously improved since I last used them. The only features I currently miss from the Pixels are the call screening, swipe to navigate, and the ability to control the layout of my homescreen. However, everything else about this phone blows both my Pixels away, especially the battery life. The battery life so far is amazing. Glad I made the move, and I plan to stick with iPhones for a while.

I am a heavy apple lover and was not disappointed in this new release. I switched from the iPhone 12 mini. The camera on this thing is fantastic; this was the first time I noticed a considerable change in the cameras. This is a heavy phone, so be prepared for that. It took me a bit to get accustomed to it, but I’ll manage. If you are debating getting this phone, I would say go ahead!

Awesome iPhone. Camera takes great pictures. Long battery use on single charge . Heavier than expected. MagSafe is very convenient.

I had the iPhone 8 and it was time for an upgrade. Wow, I've missed a lot in a past several years not upgrading especially in the camera department. The new cameras and amazing. The phone is a little bigger than my 8 pro. I hope they don't make the pros any bigger in the future. The Pro Max is too big for me. I like to use the phone with one hand and this one is on the cusp of that.

Needed an upgrade from my old iPhone X and this new phone doesn’t disappoint. Love the new design upgrade. Reminds me back when the iPhone 4/5 with the hard edges. Was able to transfer everything over from my old phone to the new one without any issues. Completely satisfied

Apple iPhone 13! We got this to upgrade from my wife’s iPhone X, and what an upgrade it is! While Apple continues to make it more difficult to like their products and make it where you’re a servant to the cloud, the phone itself is actually nice. Sharp photos. Clear phone calls. The intuitive text suggestions still suck and actually slow down your ability to write a text. The process to transfer the information from the old phone to the new one is horrible now. We were in Best Buys for nearly 5 hours. This is not any fault of Best Buys people. If you utilize the cloud, then the process would be quicker. We ordered a cover from Amazon for the new phone while we waited, and were pretty sure the cover was going to arrive before we left the store!

Best purchase I’ve ever made at Best Buy. I will definitely be getting all of our phones and accessories from Best But instead of AT&T which is our carrier. Way better explanation of costs and overall customer service was amazing! Camera on the phone is amazing and overall speed is amazing!
