Ordered my iPhone 13 Pro online and pickedit up in the store. The service I recieved was fast, courteous, and very knowledgable. They set up my new phone, transferred everything from my old phone, and showed me the key differences. The iPhone 13 Pro is a great product. I went from charging my phone twice a day to charging every other day, I have coverage in places that I didn't before, and it takes amazing photos.

This is one of the best phones I’ve used, and I’ve used a lot of iPhones. The adaptive display is one of the biggest reasons I got this phone, and it doesn’t disappoint. For me at least, I cringe when low batter mode turns on because it turns this feature off and the phone almost feels slow. Cameras are also excellent. I just wish it came with the fast charging brick, and I definitely wouldn’t pay MSRP for this phone. Overpriced for what it is, but great performance nonetheless. Battery lasts me basically all day which is awesome, but time will tell how efficient it is long term.

This is my first ever iPhone. Have been using it for about 3 weeks now and have long list of cons about the inefficiencies of iOS. That being said I like face unlock (when not wearing a mask), Airdrop, excellent battery life, nice blue color and good form factor (not too big albeit a tad heavy). If you are upgrading from a previous iPhone you'll probably love it. If you're an Android user it will depend on how you use your phone (which features you depend on) and how old your current Android phone is. If you are a sophisticated Android user coming from an Android flagship (my previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy Note 10) you may be frustrated by a lot of things, including something as basic as typing on the keyboard. If the current Android flagships (Pixel 6 Pro and Galaxy S21 ultra) came in a smaller form factor I probably would have given up on the iPhone already. I may yet do so, the jury is still out..

Love it! Easy to use, holds charge, takes great pictures!

iPhones, not a lot to say you’re either an apple or an android. Very pleased with the phone. The camera works great. I drop the phone a few times but never had any problems. No complaints.

Some features are a challenge to get used to such as no home button and facial recognition to sign in, especially if you wear glasses. It take take fantastic photos, and videos. It is sleek, and holds a charge after playing games, and lots of messaging or calls. Easy to read text messages.

Amazing phone, I just bought one. Its been a while since I had an iphone the last one I had was an iphone 5. The speed of the phone is exceptional I love it.
