I had to buy a new phone and decided to go with Apple. At the time of the purchase, the one time purchase price was $100 difference between the iPhone 13 Pro and the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Glad I made the switch. I recommend this phone.

Outstanding phone in every way. I normally go back and forth from Iphone to Samsung and Oneplus and this is the first time in awhile Im truly pleased with the Iphone. Battery life better than before.

You know it, you love it. The biggest change that we have really enjoyed is the upgrade to the camera as well as video settings. The wireless counter made it quick and simple.

It’s an iPhone… nothing has changed since the first one except “the toughest and fastest iPhone yet” either way if you don’t get apple care, it’s gunna be a paper weight soon anyways

You have got to try this new IPhone. Just when you think it can't get any better, it does. It is your personal device for everything and it just keeps getting better and better.

We recently got new iPhones, updating from our iPhone 11. This phone definitely has a better camera but other than that we haven’t really noticed any difference from our old iPhones. We’re a little frustrated that the battery life isn’t better and that we’re having issues with the screen freezing from time to time.

Coming from a 12 Pro I didn’t think there would be much difference except for size but I was wrong. Battery life is noticeably better. So much so that now I think something was wrong with my other 12.

this phone is great. The picture quality is far superior to my last iPhone. I would not have thought the quality of the photos would be so much better.

My wife would still be using her iPhone 3 if she hadn't destroyed it but after likewise destroying her iPhone X she was ready for a new one. Myself, I'm a Samsung guy (S21 Ultra) and suggested she fo for a 13 Pro Max. I set it up for her and admire the build quality. I thought the camera lenses looked a little bug-eyed but then saw the S22 did the same. I'd rather have a thinner phone even if the lenses protrude like a 3 eyed goldfish. I don't know if I'll be able to get her to out it in a case but if she cracks this one also it's on her.

Great Phone as expected. Not happy with not receiving email with return information on old phone and had to call and be put on hold and disconnected and then had to finally go back to store to get return label and instructions to return phone. Should not of been that hard. Disappointed

Awesome phone and the camera is even better quality! Have been a loyal apple purchaser and I can say that the camera was one of the main things I looked forward to in this phone upgrade.

We recently updated our iPhones to the 13 and so far it seems ok. It’s not that much different than our iPhone 11 although the camera is better. I expected the battery to last longer as that’s something that was supposedly improved upon but it doesn’t seem that much better than my old phone. It also freezes up at times which is frustrating.

Love my new IPhone 13! The tech made everything seamlessly easy & quick! Transfer old phone info & numbers in less than an hour! Perfect!

This is about the perfect size phone, its a little larger than my last phone and not as big as the beast phone they make.

That's a great phone you got everything on it pictures great I like the tools that got in that measurement level just cool stuff and Apple TV is awesome and apple music

I really love this iPhone it’s got A very nice feel to it and the screen is a perfect size for me. I would most definitely recommend this iPhone.
