I have always had a Samsung galaxy phone and loved them. I didn’t think I would be able to switch and be comfortable with an iPhone but my kids have them and so I finally got a new iPhone 13Pro max 5G. I LOVE IT! This phone is amazing. The battery life, it hasn’t hardly used any at all for me but I put it on a magnet charger at night. The pictures are clear and crisp colors. I just love it and glad I was able to transfer my info from my old phone without to much trouble.

If you're into apple devices then you already know about the quality and polish. Good phone, great colors and lots of aftermarket case/camera options

As a basic "flip phone" user about to lose 3G service, I purchased the iPhone 13 ProMax with the goal of 'getting up-to-speed' with the current cell phone possibilities. There is definitely a huge learning curve, but I'm making progress. The phone is easy to handle and provides a large enough screen for tired old eyes to see. It has made learning to text amazingly fast and easy because word suggestions offered above the keyboard even after entering the first 1 to 2 letters.

I was alway an android guy. Loved everything about them. That is, until my experience with my last three android phones. My s6 was abysmal. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi issues in less than 6 months. Upgraded to the pixel 2XL. That phone was “ok”. Although a lot left to be desired. Then came my s10+. Wi-Fi issues almost immediately. I can be 3 feet from my router and have the most abysmal speed imaginable. It got me thinking it was my router. But my tab s7+ 5G had no issues whatsoever. I also had an issue with the s10+ where it randomly hung up the phone. That was it. I was done with android. Devi to get the 13 Pro Max. After a couple days, I got used to the subtle differences between android and apple. My god, I should have changed ages ago. With Apple, it just works.

Great phone! Love the larger screen! I went from an iPhone 8 to this, so it was a definite upgrade! The pictures it takes are far superior to my old iPhone 8. It is taking a little time to get accustomed to the larger and heavier phone, because I got a thicker and more secure case, but I would highly recommend this phone!

There isn't much difference (to me) in this phone and the 11. It runs smooth and it seems like I have less issues with service. I love that you get more storage without having to pay more and I appreciate some of the new features on the camera and for web browsing. Also, despite it being brand new, I can go two full days with heavy usage before having to charge it.

Best cell phone I've ever had. It's not too big or too small. The camera is great. You do need to be careful when you use the button on the right. It's across from the buttons on the left and pressing both of them at the same time is how you bring up the slide to turn it off. It just takes getting used to being mindful of that.

I am IN LOVE with my new iPhone Pro Max! And in my favorite color….bonus points!!! I came from an 11, and glad I upgraded. Love the size, refresh rate, cameras…all of it. I cannot begin to express how glad I am to make such an upgrade. I’d you’re considering, don’t anymore. Just go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

Went from the iPhone XS and it is a huge difference in the response. Not only is the screen a huge upgrade but the response to sliding and going from app to app is so much faster. Have been very happy with this phone.

Love this phone and the pictures are AMAZING! I have been taking pictures of the moon and the night sky - They have been absolutely incredible! Battery has been lasting days at a time, and I use it all the time!

So far so good. I'm still learning some of the nuances since my trade-in was a 7S. A few things I'm still trying to figure out but overall I'mhappy. It's much faster and the battery seems to hold its charge better so far.

Love the bigger screen and better camera. It Isn’t as heavy or as hard to hold as I feared. I have a small hand, but I actually find it easier to hold because of the slighter thicker depth of the new phone.
