Wanted the regular sized Pro, but thought about giving the Pro Max a shot, and it was the best decision ever! It got comfortable in my hands in about 15 minutes and the battery for the Max Size is unbelievable, got 11 hours of screen on time over the last 2 days on a single charge!

Wow what an upgrade compare to the 12 pro max this phone is marvelous and the best thing about me getting this phone I didn't have to pay much, with T-mobile promotions and trading so I ended up paying 136$ so that's a win win for me so if you guys wanna upgrade just go for it

You can’t go wrong with iPhone. Always great experience. However upgrading with bestbuy was the best option for me because I am a totaltech member and this will give me apple are coverage on my iPhone. Thanks bestbuy for this great service

I like the 13 pro max a lot because is quick and fast. 120hz on the iphone 13 is insane, and has really good interface.

I absolutely love this phone . Photo quality is much better than my 12 pro max , battery life is excellent. Definitely recommend !! Favorite feature is very close up pictures. The picture I attached is a close up pics of sugar taken with this phone

Great upgrade.Still playing with camera but way better than X,12 series. Also battery life is insane, get 2 full days out of one charge and that’s with streaming music and videos.Thank you BestBuy for giving me an awesome tradein deal

Let me start this off by saying that I traded in my 12 Pro for this device as I got $600 off plus the additional $100 discount from Best Buy. This is a very great upgrade coming from a 12 Pro! Sure the upgrade may be minimal for those coming from a 12 / 12 Pro model iPhone, but there is a lot to look forward to. The new 120Hz Promotion Display makes scrolling through apps and other stuff more smooth. The camera received a few changes like the new Cinematic mode for portrait video. An improved sensor to let in more light in photos. A new processor and bigger battery which is pretty significant on the Pro models. In my honest opinion, those coming from an older iPhone like the 11 or early will appreciate the new changes on this year’s iPhone models. If you have a 12 Pro or 12 and not sure whether to consider purchasing it, I would say if you really want to experience the new 120Hz Promotion Display and want a newer processor and upgraded camera then go for it. Otherwise, the 12 & 12 Pro are both great devices! Hopefully this helped out those that are considering purchasing these new devices.

Excellent change, green the color is the best color available

i love the battery life and i like the color of the phone i can go from a 100% charge and be on my phone all day and when it’s is the next day i still don’t have to plug it up because it’s hold good battery

It's an iPhone so you know it's going to be good but did Apple really need to make the phone so heavy? The camera is great and the photos look amazing.

well i will say this i thought it would had been a more dark green color when i got the phone but it was not the green they show on tv but other then the color i have no complaints on the phone

I think it's a great phone if your upgarding your phone and you have a I phone 11 or low longer. Though it still looks similler to the I phone 12 so I won't recomend you buying this if you have the I phone 12 pro or pro max. The software has a little bit of changes which is allright not really to much. The camera is probably better than the I phone 12 pro and pro max.

Very seamless process. Ordered online while I was at the T-Mobile store. Showed up at Best Buy and order was already available for pickup. All I had to do was take my SIM card out of the old phone and into the new one. Logged in with my Apple ID and was able to restore from backup and everything was good to go. Definitely recommend going through Best Buy for upgrades in the future.
