Very pleased with iPhone 13 pro max

I love my phone. The size is perfect and I love that now Tmobile is paired up with bestbuy to make this possible. I do a lot of shopping at best buy and I have a lot of family lines on my acct with T-Mobile.. from now and on I will be using bestbuy when getting my phones.

The best I phone and experience I have ever had. Although the associate was busy, he gave me the best service that I needed , transferred all the data from my previous phone to the new one and was ready to go.

Fake offers for limited time subscriptions

Love my phone. Part I was unhappy about was the offer for limit time free subscriptions. They are a lie and you do not get to redeem those

I've had iPhone and Samsung. I hate both of them but went back to iPhone for iTunes. It keeps my music better organized. When will iPhone play well with others(Windows)?

Touchscreen Issues

The iPhone 13 Pro Max has serious touchscreen issues. There is a considerable lag in touchscreen response and a few of the applications or menus did not respond at all. Had a hard time resetting the phone to factory status. Extremely Disappointed.
