Purchased this phone to replace an iPhone 6s that had become "obsolete". So far it's great! Has an awesome camera, opens apps fast, has good reception, better quality audio and a nice sharp screen. I hope it lasts and It had better, cause these things ain't cheap! I never thought I'd have to pay over a grand for a cell phone!

This is an amazing g phone, the 120hz refresh rate is noticeable and the cameras are amazing. All this with a super long lasting battery and bright phone with amazing audio in a phone is just amazing.

Had it for a few years now and it's still great! Came from iPhone 6s. Don't think I'll buy another iPhone until another 6-7 years when the iPhone 20s comes out lol

Coming from an iPhone 11 Pro Max, the upgrade is definitely worth it: Pros: - A tad heavier and squared edges help with hold onto the phone compared to the 11. - MUCH longer battery life. I can go about two days without charging under heavy use. - HDR content looks outstanding - The camera compared to the 11 Pro Max is night and day. Cons: - The camera bump is very large and I'm worried I'm going to destroy it rounding corners but a leather case helps with that.

Jumped from an iPhone 11 Pro Max and I’m loving the extra battery life. The camera is a nice improvement. Cinematic mode is cool too! This phone is definitely heavier. Overall very please with the upgrade.

Long battery life Fast, smooth performance Camera makes it easy for anyone to take good photos. if you're upgrading from an earlier iPhone, you'll find a lot of welcome enhancements in power and camera quality. Cons: Not much of an upgrade over the iPhone 12

Upgraded from and XR and it was about time. I love the bigger screen and better camera. I got more memory on this one so that’s cool too. I dunno what else to say…it’s an iPhone

Purchased new iPhone 13 Pro Max as an upgrade from my iPhone 8+. New phone is slightly heavier than than the 8+ but new features are outstanding. Biggest problem is that there is no manual available to download. Apple website has a lot of information available but you have to sit in front of a computer to read it. This is like buying a really high end camera with a phone attached. If photos are important to you this iPhone will make your day. Battery Life is also greatly improved.

I switched from a Droid to the iPhone 13 Pro Max b/c I wanted to try something new. Especially since I have been with Samsung since 2012. I don't do much with my phone besides media consumption (ie. Youtube, Reddit, Spotify, IG, FB etc) the large screen and long lasting battery is phenomenal. Originally, I thought I was going to struggle to transition to Apple, but so far alot of functions of Apple have copied from Droid so it has not been difficult. There are a few features I am missing from Droid but the Pro Max is still very good. Do your research and play around, this phone works great for me.

The Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max is an excellent phone, and very well built. The phone is easy to use, and seamlessly integrates with other Apple devices for syncing pictures, files, etc. The phone is very responsive, and has great screen resolution. The battery life with this phone is incredible. I found I could use the phone for a few days, without needing to charge the battery. Taking pictures with this phone is easy, and the picture quality is great. Since purchasing the phone, it has been working great, and seems very reliable.

Great screen, doesn't feel as heavy as I thought it would. Super fast and so far all accessories work. Battery can last two days without charging.

I hesitantly upgraded from the 12 Pro Max. I’m glad I did. Everything about the 13 Pro Max is superior over the 12 Pro Max. Cameras (better software, features, specs), as well as increased battery life, speakers, faster charging, and the ProMotion display. I can spend extra hours scrolling through items on my 13 Pro Max without eye strain. Love it. If these upgrades mean a lot to you, then by all means upgrade. You won’t be sorry.

Traded my iPhone 12 Pro Max in for this and received an extra $200 in trade. Made getting this much more affordable. The upgrades they made are noticeable. Screen brightness and 120hz refresh rate is very noticeable and makes the phone more enjoyable. The camera and video features are good upgrades and come in handy. The speaker on top was moved up further so 12 pro max cases will not fit same goes for screen protectors. Wish it would have usb-c but maybe next year.

We purchased this for my wife who’s always getting thee most recent apple device (though she does debate on holding of just an iteration or 2 if there’s not much of a technological leap) but it’s safe to safe even I can see the difference between the 12 Pro Max and the 13 Pro Max is pretty size-able in performance and quality when compared side-by-side after having owned both devices between the two of us.

The iPhone 13 Pro Max buying process was a breeze. Bestbuy’s trade-in program was so easy and provided the best value for my old device. This phone is amazingly powerful. Apart from being aesthetically beautiful, it is super efficient and functional. The battery life is amazing.

I don't kid myself that the iPhone 13 Pro Max is any better than the 12 Pro Max that I traded in for. If it weren't for BB's insane deal on my trade, I would have never bought the 13. I got it because of the 120 Hz refresh rate screen, the MUCH improved battery life making it a truly all day phone and the better, brighter camera lenses. Outside of these features, it's honestly a mild refresh.
