I got this Iphone 14 for my wife and she loves it!

Always love Apple products and this phone does not disappoint. Color is gorgeous, display is so crisp and clear! Great upgrades to the camera as well.

So disappointed, angry, frustrated, & angry! ☆ The employee at the Redding location provided excellent service, is very knowledgeable, & in no way at fault. He is my go to guy. Ordered phone on 12/12 .After several calls to customer service, with all the different promises & lies they told me, I still no phone. First they told me it was at Redding store ready to pick up, even though it was suppose to be shipped to me. Best Buy is 30 min away. Asked them to verify. It turns out that was not true. Second they were going to find phone at warehouse and see if the could overnight it to me. Just wait for email that would arraive in 24 hour. Third I "GOT DISCONNECTED" and no one called back. Forth it was going to be delivered on 12/27/2023 Fifth It was going to be delivered 1/7/204 Sixth It is now back ordered Seventh Verizon put fraud alert on it (not true) Per Verizon because phone was backordered they cancled phone number (not phone) on their end so I would not be paying gor phone I did not have So I went back to Redding location, had to cancel order, and reorder the same phone, but different color. Phone is suppose to be here on 12/30/2023. Just checked order and now it sats 1/12/2024. I have lost all faith! It should not take a full month to get a phone! Even worse this was a Chrismas present for my Granddaughter's firts phone! Way to go Best Buy. The only present I got her was this phone and accessories to go with it. Thankfully my granddaughter is an angel and was happy knowing she way going to get a phone. I can tell she wanted to cry. Not because she is a spoiled brat, she was just dissapointed because she knew she was getting this phone. I would cancel the phone all togeather and go directly to Verizon but I have insurance through Best Buy that covers all our phones and can't afford to buy Apple Care separately for one phone. I have never had this kind of problem with Best Buy, and I have bought way over 30 phones through the years. You guys really did our family dirty!

Phone is fine. Purchase process was a disaster. Salesman was distracted, interrupted by former clients and other sales people. Never had his full attention. He apparently entered erroneous information now leading to a follow up visit at a DIFFERENT store. Never again!

Great phone, I needed to replace my iPhone XR… it’s amazing how much better the camera is now.
